Chris Solleder is a Principal based in Cato Bolam’s Henderson office.
Chris joined the company in 2004 after previous consultant experience in geotechnical, traffic and civil engineering. Chris became a Principal in 2011 and manages the company’s engineering services.
Chris completed his NZCE in 2000 at Unitec. In 2008, he gained full membership of IPENZ and became registered as a Chartered Professional Engineer.
His expertise covers a wide range of land development engineering projects, including small and large residential, commercial, retail and industrial. He specialises in stormwater management, earthworks, roading, infrastructure, project management, contract management, development design and resource consenting.
Particular strengths include early identification and solving of complex problems, developing innovative, cost-effective and practical design solutions, and obtaining resource consents on challenging developments that provide measurable benefits for clients.
Chris also adopts the role of project manager where the project involves a focus on engineering matters.
