Debbie Tilley Principal Planner

Debbie Tilley is a Principal Planner at our Orewa office who has over 15 years of industry experience, including positions as Senior Consultant & Resource Planner, before becoming a Principal Planner at Cato Bolam in 2019.

Debbie has a proven track record of efficient, effective, timely and accurate reporting and management skills with an emphasis placed on high standards of customer service and collaboration with clients.

She has provided resource consent applications for clients in a wide range of areas including residential, rural, coastal, commercial, industrial, community land-use and subdivision, as a Senior Planner and Principal Planner for Cato Bolam. Prior to this she has also delivered consent applications involving the energy sector, infrastructure development, mining and industrial operations.

Outside of work, Debbie enjoys spending time with her family exploring the great local beaches around the Hibiscus Coast, hiking, travelling around New Zealand and beyond and looking after her large collection of rescued animals.
