Jarred Lloyd Associate - Land Development Manager

Jarred is a Cato Bolam Associate and Land Development Manager based in the Whangarei office. Jarred has over ten years’ experience in surveying and engineering giving him an overall understanding of the land development process.

He prides himself on producing a high quality product in line with the clients’ expectations in a timely manner. Jarred is a naturally analytical thinker and enjoys problem solving that can lead into unique design ideas and outcomes for the project.

Jarred has experience in residential, commercial and rural development of all scales. During these projects Jarred oversaw a team of staff and external consultants to take these projects from concept to completion. Jarred prides himself on his ability to work alongside and communicate to a vast array of people who are involved in the projects from council,  clients, contractors and neighbours.

Outside work you will find Jarred spending time with his partner and two young children at the beach or on the boat fishing and diving.
