Michael Guthrie Land Contamination Lead

Michael has over 10 years of experience in the environmental industry across Australia, New Zealand the Pacific Islands. He has developed a specialist skillset in the land contamination sector through managing an array of contaminated land projects throughout New Zealand. He has a broad range of experience in the NES-CS legislation and its applicability to land development through the resource consenting process.

Michael’s career started off in the natural resources and energy sector before evolving into the land development space. He has a sharp eye for identifying potential impacts and offers practical, effective and sustainable solutions while keeping client interests at heart.

Michael is a keen skier having grown up in the Southern Alps and outside of work when he is not on the slopes, you will find him spending quality time with his wife, daughter and dog
