The philosophy behind his designs is to create an asset that will be valued in the long term. Good architectural design will ensure buildings are enjoyed and valued by their users, and proper selection of materials and detailing will ensure that they are fit to last the distance.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Rowan has experience in a range of practices in both Auckland and London, and has worked on projects running from sheds to mansions, single houses to apartment blocks, residential to commercial, and new build to remediation. His broad experience has given him a sound technical base and a strong belief that the best results are achieved when the right team are fully engaged with the project.<\/span><\/p>\n

Rowan is passionate about the role architecture has in shaping the future and that within the brief and budget, good design is prioritised to make a building that is both inspiring and uplifting. <\/span><\/p>\n

This vision lead<\/span>\u00a0our architecture team in creating great places.<\/span><\/p>\n
