[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=””]Kylie Pearce has over 20 years’ experience in the planning industry, including both Council and private consultancy which provides her with a well-rounded appreciation of the requirements for development.<\/p>\n

Her career at Cato Bolam began in 2005 and she has a broad range of resource management skills in land and building development (both residential and commercial), preparing and managing resource consent application from conception through approval. She has a strong working knowledge of the Resource Management Act, Local Government Act and Building Act and their role within the planning profession.<\/p>\n

Kylie is a pragmatic, problem solver who enjoys all elements of planning, with a particular interest in high density urbanisation.<\/p>\n
