Graduate / Intermediate Architect Technician
Location: Henderson or Manukau
We’re looking for an architecture graduate or intermediate technician to join the architecture team in our Manukau or Henderson office. Adding to our core services of planning, surveying, engineering and environmental, our architectural team complements our suite of services centred around design, consenting and construction of land development projects. Being part of a multidisciplinary consultancy, you will also be exposed to learning beyond the architecture process, rubbing shoulders with leaders in our industry from other disciplines. The position is initially for a minimum of six months’ to cover parental leave, but could grow into a permanent role.

About You
Our ideal candidate would be locally based and have 3-5 years New Zealand based experience with a thorough working knowledge of ArchiCAD and local standards. We would prefer some experience in medium density type residential housing.
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Relevant qualification (NDAT or architecture degree)
- Great communication and writing skills
- A willingness to work in a team environment
- Experience in ArchiCAD
- A desire to learn skills beyond architecture through having other disciplines at your side.

Hours: Preferred hours are 40 hours per week Monday to Friday (flexibility an option)
