Civil Designer / Land Development – Orewa

We have an exciting opportunity in our Orewa office for a Land Development Civil Designer to join our high performing team. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively and autonomously on a wide range of residential, rural and commercial developments and projects.

You will have at least 5 years+ experience in the engineering design aspects of land development and be able to produce plans for consent and construction purposes. You will have experience in 12d modelling including earthworks, erosion and sediment control, road, drainage and service4s design. Experience in producing plans in AutoCad will also be an advantage. You will have the ability to focus, meet project timelines and have an attention to detail and presentation. It is important that you have a “can do” attitude and are a team player who works well in a collaborative environment.
You will also have:
- 12d software design experience
- AutoCad design experience
- Land Development Engineering experience
- 12d Synergy (an advantage but not essential)

Location: Orewa, North Auckland
Hours: Preferred hours are 40 hours per week Monday to Friday (flexibility an option)
