Engineer / Surveyor – Land Development – Orewa

We have an exciting opportunity in our Orewa office for an Intermediate to Senior land development engineer, or surveyor with engineering experience, to join our high performing engineering team who are key in the delivery of a wide range of projects across Auckland. There is the potential for this role to become a lead surveyor role, so will suit someone looking to make that next step in their career. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively and autonomously on a wide variety of residential, rural and commercial developments and expand your engineering horizons.

Ideally you would be locally based and have NZ experience in all aspects of land development civil engineering; consent and construction phase design, civil contract tendering & management, stakeholder engagement and project management. It is important that you have exceptional communication skills and ideally with some experience with managing both external clients and internal stakeholders..
You will also have:
- BE Civil, NZCE, B.Surv or RPSurv.
- 5+ years’ New Zealand land development experience
- Competence with 12d design, AutoCAD and 12d Synergy an advantage
- NZ land development – design and contract management
- Stormwater mitigation and flooding management experience
