We have an exciting opportunity for a Civil Engineer (CPEng) with land development and management, or leadership experience, to join our leadership team as Engineering Manager in our Orewa office.
The Engineering Manager role is an opportunity for a dynamic Chartered Professional Engineer with proven technical and leadership experience in land development and infrastructure. In this role you will work closely with our leaders and our high performing Orewa engineering team with responsibility for the team and for the quality and delivery of the engineering outputs.

You will be a Chartered Professional Engineer with 10+ years land development experience (preferably Auckland-based) and leadership and/or management experience. You will work well in a collaborative environment across multiple disciplines delivering client focused engineering inputs internally and externally. You will be a people person who will inspire, engage, mentor and value your team.
Additional experience & skills will include:
- Delivering large & small multi-discipline engineering projects
- Building key client partnerships
- Leading the preparation of tenders and estimates
- Leading business development opportunities
- Professional development and mentoring (an advantage)
- 12d Synergy (an advantage but not essential)
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Excellent project management

Hours: Preferred hours are 40 hours per week Monday to Friday (flexibility an option)
