Land Development Draughtsperson

We have an exciting opportunity in our Henderson office for a land development draughtsperson with experience in Civil engineering and/or Surveying Draughting to join our high performing team. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively and autonomously on a wide range of residential, rural and commercial developments and legacy projects.

Ideally you would be locally based and have experience in the draughting of all aspects of land development engineering and/or Surveying plans for consent and construction purposes. You will also assist with other draughting including the preparation of residential and rural concept and subdivision plans. You will have the ability to focus, meet project timelines and have an attention to detail and presentation. It is important that you have a “can do” attitude and are a team player who works well in a collaborative environment.
The successful candidates will have the following:
- Excellent AutoCad skills
- Land Development Engineering / Surveying draughting experience
- 12d Synergy (an advantage but not essential)

Hours: Preferred hours are 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, however consideration will be given to applicants that prefer a part-time position
