Licensed Cadastral Surveyor / Senior Surveyor

We have an exciting opportunity in our Henderson office for an experienced Licensed Cadastral Surveyor or Senior Technical Surveyor with excellent cadastral skills.  You will work with our high performing survey team delivering all aspects of surveying for a wide range of projects – rural, urban and commercial.

Our office location means you will enjoy the best of rural and urban surveying environments contributing your survey expertise to land development, housing and infrastructure projects. You will work collaboratively with our experienced multi-discipline teams of planners, engineers, surveyors, architects, ecologists and project managers.

About You

You will be locally based with NZ experience in cadastral and land development surveying for urban, rural or infrastructure projects.

You must be a New Zealand Citizen or Resident to apply for this position.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience.
• 3 years+ cadastral surveying experience.
• Experience working as a land surveyor in a commercial environment.
• Experience working with modern survey equipment and Land-on-line.
• Ability to provide high quality service to clients.
• Eligible to work in NZ and have a current driving licence.
