Planner – Intermediate/Graduate

 The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity exists in our Orewa office for a Planner to support the company’s planning team over the full range of planning activities including client liaison, field and office analysis, reporting and assessments.  In this role you will be responsible for providing input into and preparation of a range of land use and subdivision resource consent applications relating to rural and residential development projects of all scales.

About You

You should have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Planning or equivalent and some New Zealand planning experience.  You will also have:

  • An ability to collaborate, encourage and instigate discussions to deliver projects
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • A willingness and ability to learn and apply new skills
  • Ability to work and make decisions independently
  • Ability to prioritise tasks

Location: Orewa, North Auckland

Hours: Preferred hours are 40 hours per week Monday to Friday (flexibility will be considered)
