Project Manager – Land Development

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Project Manager to join our multidisciplined Manukau office. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our planners, engineers, architects and surveyors to deliver a wide range of residential, rural and commercial developments. The person we seek will assist the Manukau Office Director and team leaders to manage projects large and small from the time we take the enquiry to the day we hand over the keys.

Ideally you would be locally based and have experience in the land development industry in a professional capacity and preferably experience in project management. You may come from a planning, engineering, surveying or architecture background and have experience in coordinating and managing consultant teams on land development projects large and small and perhaps you are looking to utilise your skills in a different way. It is important that you have a “can do” attitude and are a team player who works well in a collaborative environment across multiple disciplines.
The successful candidates will have the following:
- Land Development experience in a professional capacity, preferably from project start to finish
- Experience in coordinating multiple consultants
- Excellent communication skills.
- Appropriate software skills
- 12d Synergy (an advantage but not essential)

Hours: Preferred hours are 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, however consideration will be given to applicants that prefer a part-time position
