Civil Engineer – Land Development – Senior or Intermediate
Location: Orewa, North Auckland
The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced Senior or Intermediate Engineer specialising in land development. Join our high performing engineering team who are key in the delivery of a wide range of projects across Auckland. You will have an opportunity to work collaboratively and autonomously on a wide range of residential, rural and commercial developments and expand your engineering horizons.

About You
The engineer we seek will have the following qualifications and experience:
- BE, NZCE, Diploma, BSurv.
- CPEng, CPLDEng or RPSurv (an advantage but not essential)
- 5-10+ years’ New Zealand land development experience
- Competence with 12d design and Autocad.
- NZ land development – design and contract management
- Stormwater detention and treatment design (desirable)
- Flood modelling experience (an advantage)
- Roading design experience (an advantage)
- 12d Synergy experience (an advantage)

Hours: Preferred hours are 40 hours per week Monday to Friday (flexibility an option).
