Bradley Mowat Associate - Survey Manager

Bradley is a Cato Bolam Associate, the Orewa office Survey Manager, and is an expert in the field of cadastral surveying.  With 14 years of cadastral experience, his focus is on the timely and cost-effective delivery of our surveying services with quality assured accuracy.

He is responsible for client liaison and associated stakeholder engagement, ensuring the smooth execution of the technical and delivery of quality surveying outputs, both for the client and for Land Information New Zealand processing.

Bradley has a broad surveying background including legalisation surveys, rural and residential land transfer subdivision, heavy construction set out survey, large-scale residential subdivision, and managing survey staff. He has an excellent understanding of cadastral survey and is experienced with all types of cadastral surveys including legalisation, strata and limited title.

Outside of work, Bradley enjoys fishing, surfing and spending time with his wife and young daughter.
