The beautifully designed and bespoke Conifer Studios development will contain 140 studios within 24 separate titles of 5-bedroom dwellings, with 64 carparks. The medium-density housing development will be located in the well-established Conifer Grove, which is prime for studio accommodation and in close proximity to employment, transport, infrastructure, and amenities.
From the initial concept to completion Cato Bolam were engaged to provide land development services including the civil engineering and unit title subdivision.
Our surveyors and engineers worked closely with the architect to provide well-coordinated and efficient design solutions. Our engineers also assisted Clarke Group with the construction management while concurrently completing the titling.
