Diana Bell

Diana is a Senior Planner with more than 20 years’ experience across Auckland and Northland, specialising in resource consenting, subdivision, land development, urban development and infrastructure planning.

She has worked across residential, rural, commercial and infrastructure projects in both the public and private sectors, including senior roles with Auckland Transport and AECOM.

Diana’s experience spans resource management, strategic planning, policy interpretation and complex consenting processes. Her breadth of experience enables her to identify key planning considerations early, provide practical solutions and establish clear pathways forward.

She provides clear, strategic advice from initial project planning through to consenting and delivery. Her practical and commercially focused approach helps clients navigate planning requirements, work effectively with councils and stakeholders, and keep projects moving.

Outside of work, Diana enjoys travelling, spending time at the beach, and making the most of time with her children and her much-loved French bulldogs.
