Rebecca Sinclair

Rebecca Sinclair is a Licensed Cadastral Surveyor with experience working across land development and subdivision projects throughout the Auckland region. She has experience in rural multi-lot subdivision, as well as brownfield infill and greenfield developments.

Rebecca is primarily involved in delivering subdivisions through to title following resource consent approval. She works closely with clients, planners, engineers, and other consultants to coordinate the cadastral requirements of a development, identify constraints early and ensure the surveying and title aspects progress efficiently. Her practical approach helps keep projects moving from survey and title plan preparation through to Council approvals and LINZ lodgement.

Throughout her career, Rebecca has been involved in a wide range of surveying projects, including cadastral surveys and developments with challenging or unusual site and boundary components. This breadth of experience has strengthened her technical expertise and cadastral judgement, allowing her to work through complex surveying considerations and achieve accurate and practical outcomes across a range of project types.

Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys travelling locally and abroad, often seeking out sunny destinations. Originally from Hawke’s Bay, she grew up spending plenty of time outdoors and camping, which has carried through to her enjoyment of getting out of the office and into the outdoors whenever she can.
