Kaaren Joubert Planning Manager

Kaaren Joubert is a qualified and very experienced planner, in both council and private consultancy roles.  Her most recent position was as a Principal Specialist in Auckland Council’s Resource Consents Department where her work has included a variety of high-profile projects and the provision of specialist planning advice on consenting matters, including the current intensification Plan Changes 78 -83. Kaaren has also been involved in preparing applications and managing master planning consenting processes for a range of land development and residential development projects.  Having many years’ experience in Auckland, including through giving evidence at hearings, Kaaren is a well-known and respected planner.

In Kaaren’s spare time she enjoys time with family and friends, keeping up her fitness and being in nature.
