We at Cato Bolam are delighted to announce the appointment of Cato Bolam’s new Planning Manager, Kaaren Joubert.
Kaaren is a qualified and very experienced planner, in both council and private consultancy roles. Her most recent position was as a Principal Specialist in Auckland Council’s Resource Consents Department where her work has included a variety of high-profile projects and the provision of specialist planning advice on consenting matters, including the current intensification Plan Changes 78 -83. Kaaren has also been involved in preparing applications and managing master planning consenting processes for a range of land development and residential development projects. Having many years’ experience in Auckland, including through giving evidence at hearings, Kaaren is a well-known and respected planner.
As well as leading planning inputs to a range of major projects for Cato Bolam clients Kaaren’s skills and experience will be well utilised to maintain and enhance our position and reputation in providing high quality land development consultancy services to clients. Kaaren will be available for consultation and advice from any of the Cato Bolam offices in Orewa, Henderson, Manukau and Whangarei.
