The Coronavirus Period

business as usual - The Coronavirus Period

To our valued Partners and Clients,

We at Cato Bolam wish you, together with all our clients and contacts, the very best while navigating the next few weeks of lockdown. With the Government placing New Zealand on Level 4 of the COVID-19 alert system, we would like to advise you how Cato Bolam can continue providing support to you during this time.

We are now into week two of the lockdown period and our staff are settled in to working from home. Staff all have their normal office equipment and direct linkage to our office databases. Phone contact is via our normal numbers and our normal email systems are in operation.

During the lockdown period, our people continue to be available to assist and service most of our customer requirements. We have constraints on our fieldwork activities, so it’s not fully work as usual, but it is as close to that as we can possibly get. In addition to our normal calling and email systems we are configured to continue with customer meetings via online channels such as Microsoft Teams, Skype and Facetime. It is our intention to continue to operate as much of our core business as possible and provide our excellent services you’ve come to appreciate as best we can.

We are continuing with all office-based work including design and reporting, preparing and lodging applications, giving advice and communication with our clients.

This down time provides an opportunity for planning, to progress project feasibility assessments or design work so you can hit the ground running when we all come out of lockdown.

If it’s a building project you have in mind, our Cato Bolam Architecture team is now a well-established service of Cato Bolam and provides the ability manage the design of your entire project no matter the size.

Our focus throughout this period is to do everything we can for our clients, existing and new, while aiming to minimise any possible disruptions to project timelines. Most importantly, we remain open for business, so don’t hesitate to get in touch. We are here to help.

Kind regards,
The Cato Bolam Family
