We are laughing as we kept looking for more pages in the consent attachments, but it is short and sweet!
Fantastic, we are delighted, and it really is a testament to the groundwork you put in first, pre-empting all possible issues and it has certainly paid off.  We are very grateful.

The ecologists that visited my place on Friday were a welcome breath of fresh air, both very knowledgeable and articulate with guiding me to completely understand the issues we are facing in an ecological sense

Cato Bolam helped guide us through the planning process on what was a complicated and highly strategic initiative.

Their guidance and support were instrumental in getting us the outcome we wanted.

Phil Twyford, Member of Parliament, Minister for Urban Development and Transport (Feb 2019)

Cato Bolam is well known on Waiheke, and was in addition, recommended by my Project Manager of 14 years ago. What I did not expect was the prompt, courteous and efficient response from John. We tend, especially down the bottom end of Waiheke, to expect delays, lack of response, and inefficiencies so I’m thrilled – at least about your initial response! Thanks John!

As a representative of the client (Auckland Council) Cato Bolam’s fish ladder design enabled us to mitigate our effects on the environment through allowing fish passage over such an incredible height difference. There was serious doubt as to the feasibility of creating a fish passage of such height. To our great relief it worked and ultimately allowed us to unlock a significant amount of employment land upstream of the device. It was just one example of the numerous innovations that Cato Bolam came up with over the life of the large Westgate project.
