Myles Goodwin is a Principal based in Cato Bolam’s Orewa office.
Myles has a Masters (Honours) Degree in Environmental Science, specialising in native plant ecology. He joined the company in 2000 and became a Principal in 2006.
Myles has particular interest and expertise in wetland restoration and assessment, bush assessment and rural subdivision and development. He has developed extensive knowledge of ecological systems and how they can be improved and protected through the process of subdivisional development.
Having grown up and worked on beef and dairy farms, Myles has a good insight into the issues facing the farming industry. He has had considerable success gaining approval for complicated subdivision and land consent applications and has also been involved in processes to improve District Plan rules relating to rural subdivision.
