Fairway Bay is a comprehensive development that has been master planned as a community seaside village consisting of retail, eateries, commercial, short-term accomodation, residential and public open space.
Cato Bolam has been involved in this unique project from the Master Plan approval in 2008. We have provided consenting, engineering and surveying expertise for floating houses, marina berths, local market, apartment building, daycare and several residential development stages.
We have worked collaboratively with the client to create a prestige development and find resourceful solutions. One solution was working with neighbouring Gulf Harbour Country Club and New Zealand Defence Force to dispose of surplus material generated from the development to enhance the Golf Driving Range and Rifle Range.
The development has created new community attributes to the Gulf Harbour township and will continue to enhance the area as the new village centre is developed.
