The Henderson Valley Studios development is another great example of medium density housing located in Henderson Valley, which was strategically selected to serve the West-Auckland rental market. It comprises of three stand-alone apartment style blocks which were split into 15 units each on their own title with 72 studios in total, a perfect balance of affordable housing design and quality furnishings was achieved.
Cato Bolam were engaged to provide land development services including the civil engineering and unit title subdivision from building consent stage.
Our surveyors and engineers worked closely with the architect and other experts to provide well-coordinated and efficient design solutions; they also assisted the client with the construction management while concurrently completing the titling.
