The Avenue Apartments aims to set a new benchmark in suburban apartment design. Comprising of 119 superior one- and two-bedroom freehold apartments established over three levels, contemporary interiors linked via a grand, central circulation spine and continuing under glazed sky bridges which link the apartment wings. The Avenue Apartments are situated within a gated community in a prime commuter belt.
From the initial concept to completion Cato Bolam were engaged to complete all land development services including the resource consenting, civil design and unit title subdivision.
We added value leading the consultant team through the consenting process, which at the time of consenting, was a large-scale urban apartment complex under the new Unitary Plan. Our engineers developed solutions to complex stormwater problems and our surveyors ensured the titles were issued to coincide with the issue of the building code of compliance certificates. This project added value to the local and surrounding communities by achieving a price point unmatched within the Auckland market.
