The Details

We consider ourselves to be Auckland’s pre-eminent experts on lifestyle subdivisions. A typical example of our work is a five-lot subdivision in Kumeu. Four of the lots are one hectare in area and have been created utilising the transferable title provisions of the Auckland Unitary Plan.

The site has been attractively developed with a landscaped access driveway and timber fencing.
