The Details
The Chapel Studios development is an efficiently designed bespoke development located in Flat Bush, which was strategically selected to serve the East-Auckland rental market. It comprised of five stand-alone apartment style blocks which were split into 15 units each on their own title with 75 studios in total, a perfect balance of affordable housing design and quality furnishings was achieved.
From the initial concept to completion Cato Bolam were engaged to provide land development services including the civil engineering and unit title subdivision.
Our surveyors and engineers worked closely with the architect to provide well-coordinated and efficient design solutions, they also assisted the client with the construction management while concurrently completing the titling.
